ARCA
ARCA is a concept by Portuguese two-Michelin-star chef Henrique Sá Pessoa. Buro Hause managed the pre-opening, launch, and follow-up for the restaurant. While ARCA was still under construction and the kitchen was yet to be operational, we offered three key journalists a preview of the menu during an exclusive hard-hat tour. Following this, we hosted a pre-opening event with 50 influential food writers and culinary journalists. This new F&B concept has been warmly received, earning glowing reviews, a mention in the Gault Millau guide, and a Gault Millau award for Best Dessert.
Buro Hause continues to oversee all PR for ARCA, as the restaurant builds its reputation with initiatives like Behind the Pass, where Henrique collaborates with other renowned chefs. Buro Hause also manages PR for the restaurants TOZI (from its opening five years ago to today) and Carstens, all part of Park Plaza Hotel Group.

The opening of ARCA generated impressive media attention and engagement. This extensive coverage helped establish ARCA as a prominent new culinary destination, amplifying the restaurant’s visibility and solidifying its reputation within the food and lifestyle sectors.
